The way it looks right now the book will be on time for Nov, or Dec. and in plenty of time for the winter shows.
Both myself and the Eelman will be at almost all the shows this winter with the book and other items.
The way the orders are coming in I hope we have enough books for all the shows before they run out. To guarantee a copy, anyone interested should pre-order here and not wait to be assured of having one. Before they are sent out I will also have the Eeelman sign it as well seeing his photo is on the cover as well as him being in the book himself. he'll likely get a few more photos besides the cover and he is also in the Pro's section, as well as the story about the night of the 60 lbers.
The reviews I've had of the first edit have been nothing short of amazing. Lefty Kreh said its one of the best books he's read in quite some time and the editor Jay Nicolos said its one of the most solid works he's had the pleasure of doing in a long time.
We are currently into the hundreds on pre-orders so don't wait to long to order your copy today. You will be notified automactically when it becomes available as this site tracks all the entries for book orders and all we need to do is hit the key and everyone will be notified. No looking, searching, waiting, no nothing. It will be the fastest and most assured way of getting a copy.
The fishing is surprisingly holding up pretty good for this time of year. Not tons of fish like in the past but what's there is of good size.
Billy and I finished an On The Water Magazine shoot last week and put 16 fish in the boat for the camera, including two that were 30-pounds. We got them on live bait, dead bait and soft plastics. It's absolutely amazing fishing with the Eelman when he has his mojo working. This was our forth filming together and each time we pulled a rabbit out of the hat for a terrific show. What a difference it makes when you are fishing with someone like him who knows how to fish. That show will air sometime in January we are told. He totally zones out when fishing like no one I've ever seen before. I wish I would have tied up with him when I was younger, we certainly would have done some damage fishing together. He has to be one of the most deadicated fisherman I've ever had the pleasure of fishing with.
Anyway, get out there and enjoy yourself, and catch some fish. The season is half over and there are millions of bluefish coming our way. It's a long, long, winter.
