Hello everyone> Just wanted to bring everyone up to date on the book and its progress. I've just heard from my editor and we are now only 90 days away from the book being released. The price has also been set. It will be $24.95.
There is going to be over 200 photographs as well as 30 illustrations not counting the text and from the reviews so far everyone has said that it will be worth every penny of that. Reviewers thus far include: Lefty Kreh, Nick Curcinoe, Bob Popovic, Tom Meade, Providence Journal, Mike Laptew, Bill Nolan, Jerry Gibbs of Outdoor Life Magazine, Mike Connor of Shallow Water Angler Magazine and Rick Ruoff formally of ESPN Sports. All have given this work their highest rating not only for the information contained inside but for its entertainment value as well. I can't give everything away at this point but one reviewer said it was the best work in the outdoor field in the last ten years which I thought was pretty good as I didn't expect that much praise from a lot of these top outdoor figures. All are authors in thier own right so having them review my work was an honor for sure as well as humbling.
We'll be at most of the major shows this winter with the book as well as going to fishing clubs to do book signings. Anyone who belongs to a club who'd like to have us there let me know as soon as possible as we are already getting a ton of requests to be at club meetings so we need to make a schuelde to keep dates in order.
So far the book is going to go like a bass blitz on a cool November morning judging from the orders we've received not only from this site but my clients as well. There is no doubt that the first printing will be gone in no time.
Thanks for those of you who have all ready placed an order we appreciate it greatly, I promise you that you won't be disappointed in what you get.
